Online booking is available for 15-minute in-person appointments or video consultations with your family doctor. Availability varies by physician; please contact our staff to confirm your preferred appointment format.

Due to the limitation of video conference, please do not book for video conference for following medical conditions:

– Skin problem
– Physical exams
– Muscle and joint pain
– Chest pain (patient should go to ER)
– Difficulty in breathing (patient should go to ER)
– WCB
– Refill for controlled substance
– Mental health issue

Open 7 Days a Week

Walk-in patients can call and request video conference by phone as long as it is not about the exclusion criteria listed below. 

If we can’t diagnose over the phone, we will see in person – which is the strength of our service.
